Are your products natural?

Our incense is made from 100% pure wood only. there are no scents, oils, fillers or fragrance added whatsoever.

Where is your incense made?

Given the specialist nature of each wood variety, our incense is made in various locations around the world, namely - Taiwan, Vietnam and Korea.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Our packaging substrate is 100% recycled post-consumer box board. Everything is 100% recyclable and bio degradable.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide with either Australian Post or DHL couriers. We can also use your shipping accounts if you prefer.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

Our MOQ is $500 for new customers, once onboard it is $250. If this doesn't work just let us know and we can work something out.

What are your payment terms?

First order for new customers requires payment upfront. Our standard is payment due 14 days from invoicing, or 30 days after if requested.

How can we pay?

We can accept bank payments in AUD, USD or EURO.

Can we use your photos and marketing material?

Certainly, just let us know and we will send you a download link for all collateral and current campaigns.
